I have shared 'tasters' of the protein powder with many people and they have asked where it can be purchased stating, just as I have, that it actually tastes like a 'treat' rather than something good for you! As you know, many of the powders taste terrible, and even if you can get past the taste the smell is enough to persuade you to skip it as a supplement. My kids even enjoy the taste of the powder that you offer and always ask if they can have more of 'my milkshake'.

Also, I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the Johnny Bowden Diet Boot Camp CD set and workbook. I am a very visual person and he offers a very descriptive visual analogy of why water should be chosen over soda and other sugary substances. This in itself made the purchase of the CDs worth every penny. Of course, he offered much more. My husband was able to listen to the CDs as he commuted to work and felt that the CDs were an easy listen. He has also applied some of Johnny’s tools to his everyday life. ”

Wendy in desperation. When she recommended the Johnny Bowden Diet Boot Camp with a workbook and CD, my brain said, 'This is too much, I don't do diets' while I politely accepted
the challenge.
When I first started reading the book I was very impressed with how he explains in detail what certain foods actually do to your body to keep weight on, and not off. I finally understood why I was not losing weight after cutting hundreds of calories out of my diet.
Journaling was helpful too. I discovered that I had a somewhat abusive relationship with food. I love how the book lets you customize your own plan by picking from different food lists and avoiding others. It doesn't feel like a diet. I have to admit that cutting out sugar was the hardest for me (and for others I hear). I didn't realize how much sugar most foods have.
After the second week of the diet, I started to feel very healthy and found myself thinking that
I don't even want to eat certain foods because of the way they made me feel. The diet accompanied with a customized workout from Wendy made inches fall off of my body (9.75!!). I even had a friend tell me I looked like I did in high school.
It has been about 3 months and I still eat the way the workbook suggests with a few modifications here and there. The best thing is that when you do slip up on this diet, you don't gain any weight back because you haven't really restricted any one type of food from your diet. I didn't even gain a pound on my 2 week Honeymoon because I avoided the 'bad choices food' list.
If you are one of those who 'don't do diets' like I am, you have to give this one a try. You will feel better than you imagined without having to starve yourself. Thank you Wendy!! ”
